What we've done
At Women With Bows, we are committed to advancing impactful initiatives that support Elders, unhoused individuals, and low-income community members—both on reservations and in surrounding rural areas. Our mission is driven by a sense of urgency to address the critical issues facing Indigenous communities, especially our Elders, who are too often overlooked.
Food sovereignty is central to our work. In many Native communities, access to healthy, culturally relevant, and sustainable food sources is limited or non-existent due to systemic neglect, geographical isolation, and historical disenfranchisement. This lack of food sovereignty directly affects the health, resilience, and autonomy of our people.
That is why we take direct action—often under the most extreme conditions. Through mutual aid, we deliver food and essential supplies during harsh winter storms and natural disasters, ensuring that our relatives in remote and underserved areas are not left behind. These efforts are not just acts of service; they are acts of resistance and survival.
We invite you to join us in this vital work. Your support helps us make a measurable difference in the lives of those who need it most, and brings us one step closer to a future where Indigenous communities can thrive with dignity, strength, and self-determination.

Women With Bows at a Glance
At Women With Bows, we believe that our true strength lies not only in the values we uphold, but in the tangible actions we take to uplift Indigenous communities and those in surrounding areas. Our work is grounded in the understanding that lasting change is only possible when we come together—with shared purpose, compassion, and a deep commitment to justice.
By standing in unity, we can face challenges more effectively, bringing hope to the people and healing to the land—one meal, one mind, and one human spirit at a time. This vision is what inspired the creation of Women With Bows: a movement rooted in service, driven by love for our people, and committed to restoring balance and dignity through direct action.

At Women With Bows, we recognize the inherent value and dignity in every individual. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: to serve as a catalyst for meaningful, lasting change. We founded our Empowerment Team on the core principles of support, progress, direct mutual aid, and, above all, humanity.
We believe that the erosion of humanity is at the root of much of the harm experienced across Turtle Island. That’s why, in everything we do—from grassroots relief efforts to community-building initiatives—we lead with compassion and integrity. Every step we take is grounded in the commitment to preserve our shared humanity and uplift those who have been overlooked for far too long.
